That’s right everyone, Chef Joe Gatto is offering From Scratch cooking classes now! Come learn how to cook the food you see on the show and more! It’s going to be fun, entertaining and definitely yummy! At the same time Chef Joe will be showing tips and techniques on everything from knife skills to seasoning.

So grab your significant other, date, or best friend and have an amazing night out! The classes combine hands-on and demo. The cost is $130.00 per couple. Kids class is 90.00 for the parent and child.

Each class is 2 1/2 to 3 hours long. Chef Joe will make a regional snack for you to munch on when you get there. You will also get to eat what you make! You may bring your own booze. Please use good judgment.

KIDS/ADULT PASTA CLASS
Chef Joe is now offering an adult/kids pasta class. Come and make fresh pasta and mozzarella with your child! A fun experience that you both will never forget. Chef Joe will teach you the art of fresh pasta. You will make tortellini and fettuccine by hand with fresh pasta dough. You will also learn how to make fresh mozzarella! A once in a lifetime opportunity! Don’t miss out! This class runs about 2 hours and the cost is 90.00 for parent and child together.
AUTHENTIC MEXICAN 1
This is a class you can’t miss! Tamales are my favorite of all time and once you eat these you will know why! Don’t go to Home Depot. Because once this food hits your lips you will crave it forever! You will learn how to make tamales from scratch, making the masa, wrapping them in cornhusks and steaming them! While they steam to perfection we will make our own delicious homemade tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole!

AUTHENTIC MEXICAN 2
Wow! Fresh tortillas! There is nothing like them right off the griddle! We will use them to make a mouth-watering, cheesy quesadilla. Then Chef will show you how to make a tender and succulent pulled pork that we will use make tacos that will blow your mind! A fantastic, go-to black bean and roasted corn salad will also be made.

MMMMM! FRESH PASTA
Yep, it’s the fresh pasta class! This one is amazing. You will be making your own homemade pasta dough! From that you will make tortellini, fusilli, ravioli, and you can stuff them all with Chef Joe’s homemade ricotta! YUM! You will also make cheesy, herb garlic bread. You will get your choice of sauces that Chef Joe will make live! Marinara or his all time favorite, Roasted Pistachio Pesto!

CUBAN – DON’T BE A CHICKEN
That’s right, you! Are you afraid to buy a whole chicken because you have no idea what to do with it? Well this awesome class will teach you how to break it down and use it in the most delicious of ways – Cuban food! You will be taught to break down a whole chicken and we will make the famous Cuban dish, Arroz con Pollo (Chicken and rice). If you have never had this dish, it should be a bucket list item! We will also be making Bruschetta Cubana, fried plantain chips and the classic tapas dish Papas Fritas con Mayonesa (fried Potatoes with mayonnaise sauce).

PARTY ON WAYNE! PARTY ON GARTH!
This class doesn’t suck! Having a party? Don’t want to do the same old boring party food? Want to learn how to make some food so good that people will punch themselves in the face? Well, then this is the class for you! First, we make fresh corn tortillas and we stuff them with our homemade buffalo tenders and carrot celery slaw. Then I show you how to make a deli style roast beef that is so tender you might go crazy. We pile it high in our homemade sandwich buns and go to town. On to spicy pepperoni wontons. The greatest one bite snack with a drink in your hand ever. Need I say more?
